Thara'S Houseboat Hotel - Alappuzha

Super awesome experience! From start to finish, everything was mind-blowing. The staff was incredibly helpful, the chef prepared delicious food, and the traditional houseboat was simply jaw-dropping. The peaceful ambiance, eco-friendly features, and comfortable cabin made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended to others!

Cruising on Thara's Eco Houseboat was an amazing experience. The traditional and tasteful decor of the houseboats, combined with the friendly staff and peaceful route away from the crowds, made it a must-do activity in Kerala. The manager took us through a small village alleyway with rice fields and backwaters, providing an awesome village walking experience. The captain and chef were welcoming and served us delicious meals throughout the cruise. The lunch and dinner were some of the best I've had in India. The overnight stay was comfortable, with a sun deck for sunbathing and a stunning view of the backwaters from the bedroom. The icebox onboard kept our beers chilled, adding to the overall enjoyment of the trip. I highly recommend Thara's Eco Houseboat for a memorable experience.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Stayed in a charming bamboo houseboat in the backwaters. Loved the traditional materials used. Saw unique wildlife and had a relaxing time.

Oh well, who needs modern amenities when you can have a mosquito net and a tiny bathroom? So chic!

We had a fantastic stay at the eco houseboat in Alleppey. The staff were friendly and helpful, the boat was clean and comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of dishes including tiger prawns. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the boat and the beautiful views as we floated along the backwaters. The experience was truly unique and unforgettable.
